Nadia Lim trained as a dietician and nutritionist at the University of Otago and worked for the Auckland District Health Board, specialising in diabetes management, before winning MasterChef New Zealand in 2011. Four years ago she co-founded the incredibly successful weekly home-delivery meal service My Food Bag, which now operates all around New Zealand. Nadia provides nutritious seasonal recipes with all the required quality, free-range ingredients. She is the bestselling author of six cookbooks, including Nadia’s Kitchen, Nadia Lim's Good Food Cookbook and Nadia Lim's Fresh Start Cookbook, and in the bi-monthly magazine, Nadia, shares inspiration for food, family and life.
