The Cuter Book

Aranzi Aronzo is a D.I.Y. crafts company that made its debut in the US with The Cute Book, which has been widely received from the online community to major book retailers, and to positive acclaim. The follow-up to their 2007 debut hit The Cute Book, The Cuter Book is the latest book from the internationally beloved crafts duo.

Over 40 different patterns and instructions on how to make your own Aranzi cute plush doll, accompanied with bright color photographs of the characters in action. Filled with the same irreverent humor that made the characters pop to life in The Complete Aranzi Aranzo, The Cuter Book is a simple instructional book for crafters of all ages and skill levels.

The Cuter Book contains detailed design patterns that are easy to understand by inexperienced crafters, and still unique enough to be appreciated by veteran craft masters.

About the author

Aranzi Aronzo

ARANZI ARONZO claim variously to be a Mexican-Japanese man and Norweigian Vietnamese-Indian man, working at securities firms and playing the tamborine full-time. All we really know about them however, is that they are actually two sisters who create mischief and fun through high-cute (as in “high art”) crafts.

Praise for The Cuter Book

"Japanese craft, character and product studio Aranzi Aronzo Inc. takes the fluidity (of indie craft movements) a step further. In addition to all manner of goods featuring their strange and wonderful creatures, they sell books on how to make your own crafts starring those characters. The Aranzi Aronzo world is a fluid reality where photo postcards depict their felt dolls in scale staring contemplatively out train windows, playing precariously with cigarettes and matches, and pausing on the way to another dull day at the office." -CRAFT Magazine
