As part of our (Penguin Random House New Zealand Ltd) Go, Scooter, Go Competition, 3 lucky entrants will win a voucher for a scooter shop (valued NZ$200 in total). 

There are three prizes that comprise of:

•	1 x a $200 voucher for a scooter/bike shop 
•	Pending availability the voucher may be replaced with a $200 Prezzy Card

How do I enter? 

1.	Enter our competition by: 
•	Ordering/buying a copy of the trade paperback version of Go, Scooter, Go by Kyle Mewburn and Kaye Julian from an NZ retailer
•	Going to the competition page on our website
•	Fill out the competition form in full, including a valid proof of purchase of Go, Scooter, Go
•	Entry must be received within the designated promotion dates

2.	Entries are open from March 4th 2025 until May 5th 2025

Who can enter?

3.	You can enter our competition if you are a New Zealand resident. If you are under 18, you need your parent or legal guardian to enter this competition and accept these terms. 

4.	Unfortunately, you cannot enter if you are an employee of Penguin Random House New Zealand Limited or any of its suppliers or competitors.

What are the conditions of entry?

5.	By entering our competition, you agree to these competition terms and our Privacy Policy (https://www.penguin.com.au/privacy-statement). When you enter, you assign to us any intellectual property rights you may have in your entry. 

6.	You can only enter our competition once and you must use your own name. We will ignore any unauthorised entries or entries with incorrect, misleading or fraudulent information. 

How will the prize be awarded?

7.	We will draw the winning entry randomly by computer at our Auckland office (Smales Farm, Ground Floor, Air NZ Building, 74 Taharoto Road, Takapuna, Auckland 0622) on May 5th 2025.

8.	We will notify the winners by email during the week commencing May 5th 2025. We will also announce the winner or winners on our website (penguin.co.nz) and social media channels by May 16th. 

What are the conditions of winning a prize? 

9.	If your winning entry is selected, you consent to us publishing your name and winning entry. You also agree to give us any documents that we ask from you so that we can verify your eligibility to enter our competition. 

10.	You acknowledge that:
•	you cannot exchange the prize or take it as cash;
•	we do not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury you or your nominated companion suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize;

11.	You acknowledge that you forfeit the prize if you do not accept the prize within 5 calendar days of us notifying you as the.

12.	You acknowledge that we will not be responsible for any prizes that are lost or damaged during delivery, and that we may also suspend, cancel or modify our competition for any reason. 

13.	You acknowledge that the laws of New Zealand govern these terms and that you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
