About the author

Nicola Colton

Nicola (she/they) is an award-winning Irish children’s book illustrator and author. She grew up in rural Offaly, a childhood steeped in superstitions and stories, where fairies were as real as the cows in the field next door. She lives in Bristol with her partner and their gentle black and white cat, Odysseus.
