Bill Morrison is an American comic book artist, writer, and co-founder of Bongo Comics, along with Matt Groening and Steve and Cindy Vance. He was the creative director of Bongo Comics to 1993 to 2012. Dead Vengeance is noir horror and his first book published by Dark Horse.

It's 1940 and a phony body on exhibit in a carnival sideshow suddenly springs to life and shambles away.
