Jordan Rondel — aka The Caker — set up her cake-making business fresh from gaining a degree in marketing (www.thecaker.co.nz). Influenced by her French grandparents, her baking philosophy is simple: focus on fresh, yummy ingredients, with taste trumping appearance every time.
