A Guide To the NZ Forest

From Weta to Kauri is the prefect book to put in your backpack and take into the bush when you go walking and tramping.

A compact and easy-to-use guide to the flora and fauna of the New Zealand bush, in full colour.

Which New Zealand forest bird has a song that sounds like a bell? Is that a gecko or a skink? Is that orange slime a fungus?

Find answers to your questions in this guide - over 300 species of insects, birds and plants are described in a way that is clear, with pictures to help identification.
