Map of Consciousness Explained

A Proven Energy Scale to Actualize Your Ultimate Potential

Since its introduction in the bestselling Power vs. Force, The Map of Consciousness has become a foundational framework for understanding human behavior, emotional states, and spiritual evolution.

Designed as an accessible primer to Hawkins’s broader body of work, this book combines clear explanations, visual charts, practical applications, affirmations, and reflective exercises to help readers better understand themselves and elevate their level of consciousness.
Integrating psychology, spirituality, philosophy, and personal growth, Hawkins presents the Map as both a conceptual framework and a practical guide for healing, self-awareness, emotional wellbeing, inner peace, stronger relationships, and personal transformation.
You’ll learn:
How consciousness levels influence thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and life experience
The difference between lower emotional states such as fear, anger, shame, and guilt, and higher states such as courage, love, peace, and enlightenment
Practical tools for elevating consciousness and emotional wellbeing, including affirmations and reflective exercises
How greater awareness can support healing, personal growth, and spiritual evolution
Drawing on decades of research and more than 250,000 consciousness calibrations, Hawkins maps the journey from suffering and limitation toward greater awareness, compassion, peace, and higher states of consciousness.
