Pure Human

The Hidden Truth of Our Divinity, Power, and Destiny

In an age where new technologies such as AI threaten to supplant human intelligence, award-winning scientist Gregg Braden explores how the qualities that make us human—emotional intelligence, intuition, compassion, and creativity—may be the most powerful technologies of all.

There are rare moments in time when we make choices that irreversibly change the world, and our lives, forever. This is one of those moments.

Scientists, engineers, and philosophers alike predict we are on track to be the last generation before humankind becomes a hybrid species, fused with synthetic bodies, AI, and computer chips. But the race to transcend the perceived limitations of the human body may come at the cost of humanity’s defining strengths—our ability to think, love, feel, and understand.

The question that we face is simple: Do we love ourselves enough to preserve the gift of our humanness? Our answer is based on the way we’ve been taught to think of ourselves.

Drawing on cutting-edge discoveries in neuroscience, genetics, and consciousness research, Braden explains this crossroads in human history, and shows practical tools and techniques to:

· create heart-brain coherence
· strengthen emotional resilience
· access the mechanisms of intentional self-healing
· awaken latent capacities for learning and insight

Pure Human is a journey of self-discovery beyond conventional thinking about your origins, your limits, and your innate abilities, and an invitation to the extraordinary potential that awaits as you embrace your true humanness.
