This is one of The Lucky Taco Foodtruck's most popular tacos, and for good reason. A great crowd-pleaser for a dinner party or a weeknight meal. This recipe is simple, delicious and very adaptable – even the pickiest of eaters will love these Lucky Chicken Tacos which are sure to become a recipe staple.

THE 'RICHENDA' (MUSHROOM) QUESADILLA (PAGE 129)
Quesadillas are the ultimate comfort food. For something so easy to make, the results are just so delicious. Yet another great recipe for vegetarians, these quesadillas are ideal for sharing and are bound to be a popular party pick. They could also even be meal prepped for work lunches - all you need to cook them is a sandwich press!

CHILLI CHOC MALT TART (PAGE 192)
Chilli and chocolate will always be a winning combination, and the addition of Maltesers makes a good thing even better. The real star element of this dessert though is the choc pastry. Buttery. Chocolatey. Ridiculously moreish. If you’re not keen on making pastry by hand, trust us, for this it’s worth it!
