Jordan Bourke is a chef, food writer and best-selling author. He has won the best cookbook awards at the distinguished Observer Food Monthly Awards and Fortnum & Mason Awards. His work has featured in The Times, The Sunday Times, The Guardian and The Observer and he has appeared on Channel 4’s ‘Sunday Brunch’, BBC One’s ‘Saturday Kitchen’ and he is a panelist on Radio 4’s ‘The Kitchen Cabinet’. Jordan lives in London with his wife and young son.
