Kate Lab is a poet and artist with a passion for lived and practical theology. With a BA in biblical theology from Moody Bible Institute, she blends her study of Scripture with a deep love for the church, crafting poetry that captures the darkness of our sin-stained human experience while pointing to the hope and light of Christ. As the founder of Kate Creates, Kate produces poetry, devotionals, and artwork that resonate with those navigating grief, hope, and spiritual growth. Her work poetically applies gospel truth to the everyday life of the believer, inviting readers to commune with God through modern psalms in both ordinary and difficult moments. Her writing has been featured in Risen Motherhood, Humana Obscura, The Way Back to Ourselves, and Well-Watered Women, earning her a dedicated following of readers who find comfort, encouragement, and inspiration in her words.
