Her extensive expertise spans leadership development, strategic thought, change management, and human capital development, enabling her to effectively advise clients across various industries including Finance, Oil and Gas, Technology, and Telecommunications and Construction.
She is also a sought-after speaker at prestigious conferences and has spoken at various conferences and events such as those organized by The Economist, The Financial Times on topics such as Future of Work, Talent Management, Organisational Transformation, DEI, Women Empowerment, Wellbeing and more. She has also been interviewed by radio and television. A certified leadership strategist and instructional designer, Michele has also developed impactful curricula for multinational corporations and government-linked companies. She is also a certified psychotherapist and executive coach, recognized by the International Coaching Federation and 6seconds. Michele has coached thousands of senior executives over the years.
Michele holds a BSc and MSc from the London School of Economics and ia PhD in the Future of Work. She is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia and the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers. Honoured with numerous accolades, including the Movers and Shakers Award by the Asia HRD Congress in 2023, the HR Hot List and Insight250 top global leaders in 2024, and recognition in the Malaysian Book of Records for her contributions in 2014, Michele also won the London Book Fair's Competition in 2018.
