Hayden Ahlbrandt, LPC, is a synergetic play therapist supervisor and dad of three who helps kids and adults make sense of emotions and behaviors. He believes that when we understand what’s happening, both for our kids and ourselves, it helps us respond more intentionally with connection, compassion, and playfulness. When he’s not talking about emotions, Hayden is spending time with his wife, chasing after his kids, playing beach volleyball, and exploring the world with his family.
Elif Balta Parks is a children's book illustrator with a love for whimsical and colorful creations. Originally from Istanbul, she now calls Shropshire, UK home. Elif infuses art with the rich experiences of her dual cultural background. Her work exudes a hand-drawn charm, reflecting her passion for storytelling and adventure.
