For twenty-one years, Stephen Koch taught writing in thegraduate writing program of Columbia University's Schoolof the Arts. For eight of those years he also served as a fullprofessor, director of its fiction concentration and theprogram Chair. He was also for seven years in the programin creative writing at Princeton University. Koch is theauthor of the novel THE BACHELOR'S BRIDE and twobooks ofnonfiction, STARGAZER: ANDY WARHOL'SWORLD and DOUBLE LIVES: Stalin, WilliMunzenberg's and the Seduction of the Intellectuals. Helives with his family in New York City.
