Susana Carmona

Susana Carmona is the Principal Investigator at her lab at Sanitaria Gregorio Marañón in Madrid. Her group researches neuroplasticity during pregnancy and the human parental brain more generally by integrating neuroimaging data, biomarkers, and behavioral variables. The author of more than 50 academic journal articles, she has been funded by the Carlos III Health Institute and the European Commission. She has been interviewed by Nature, El Pais, and HuffPo Spain and covered by contributors to the Guardian and Mother Jones
