About the author

Chelsey Watkins

I’m Chelsey – a busy mum of two (Oscar, 6 and Olivia, 3) and a passionate home cook. When I became a first-time mum and my son started weaning, I was excited to develop recipes for him, but quickly felt extremely overwhelmed. I went looking for a resource for easy, quick, but nutritious meals to feed him, and really struggled to find somewhere that combined all three. I found myself endlessly flicking between books, websites and blogs for recipes, trying to combine different resources and found the whole process exhausting. This is when I decided to create my own resource, and I started FOODIEFUNWITHUS. I began sharing the meals I was cooking, pictures and recipes for other busy parents to try with their little ones. Since launching six years ago, I’m now helping over 700,000 parents and caregivers feed their children!
