Praise for Meerkat Mayhem

This is classic Mem Fox storytelling with story repetition as each animal joins the queue to make a bigger and bigger tug to release our Meerkat from being stuck. Fox and illustrator Judy Horacek are the team behind the classic Where is the Green Sheep and this book certainly has a similar feeling to it. Great fun.

Jane Stephens, Good Reading

Mem Fox and Judy Horacek, the dream team behind the popular picture book Where Is the Green Sheep? (now celebrating its 20th anniversary), have a new collaboration that is also likely to become a contemporary classic . . . An interactive tale that invites children aged 3+ ‘inside’ the story to help solve the dilemma, Meerkat Mayhem is a natural successor to Pamela Allen’s iconic Who Sank the Boat? and Alexander’s Outing.

Joy Lawn, Bookseller+Publishing

'Mem Fox is THE master of stories for little ones … If you or someone you know has just had a little one, then this is a must-have on their bottom shelf so they can reach for it whenever they want it.'

Barbara Braxton, The Bottom Shelf

Another keeper from Mem Fox and Judy Horacek … Like Where is the green sheep? Meerkat Mayhem is likely to become a classic, kept in a family and handed down to the next generation. Highly Recommended.
