Clare Helen Welsh

Clare is a former primary school teacher, turned children's writer, and is a passionate advocate for mental health. She is delighted that her books mean she can continue to inspire children to love language, themselves and the world around them. Clare teaches picture book writing for WriteMentor and City Lit, and enjoys inspiring writers to achieve their dreams. She lives in Devon with her husband and two children.

Ashling Lindsay

Ashling Lindsay is an illustrator from Belfast. Her first book, The Night Box, was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children's Book Prize and the Klaus Flugge prize for illustration. Ashling is currently working towards her MA at Belfast School of Art.
