Transformation And Healing

The Sutra on the Four Establishments of Mindfulness

Based on the Buddha's famous sutra on The Four Establishments of Mindfulness, this is a book about transforming and healing ourselves so that we can be a resource for the transformation and healing of others.

Transformation and Healing present the ancient teaching of the Buddha on how to maintain mindfulness. The Four Methods are Mindfulness of the body, Mindfulnesss of the feelings, Mindfulness of the mind and Mindfulness of the objects of the mind. Transformation and Healing teaches us how to be intimate with ourselves, how to deal with anger, jealousy and trama, how to nurture the best qualities in our children, our spouse and our friends, and how to greet death with equanimity and compassion.
