Baked Doughnuts

Doughnuts but without the frying! To get the full doughnut experience, top these with cinnamon sugar or icing sugar, or go all out and drizzle them with chocolate and chopped peanuts. You'll need a doughnut tray to bake them in.

Makes 8

Ingredients:

160g plain flour

70g maple syrup

60g Pic's Smooth Peanut Butter

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

large pinch of salt

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract (or a few drops of liquid sweetener)

125ml almond milk

110g mashed banana

Topping options:

cinnamon sugar/icing sugar

dark chocolate, melted

chopped peanuts

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan).

2. Place all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until combined.

3. Evenly add the mixture to a greased doughnut tray.

4. Bake for 20 minutes.

5. Leave to cool slightly before removing from the tray.

6. Decorate and enjoy!
