What could be more fun than a Mini Bluey? Mini Bluey Pavlovas for the Christmas table, of course!
MAKES: 8 PAVLOVAS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 punnets blueberries
- 300ml thickened cream
- blue food colouring
- 8 x pre-made meringue nests
- EQUIPMENT: a sheet of paper towel, an electric mixer
METHOD

Give your blueberries a shower under running water. Drain them and let them dry off on a paper towel.

Empty your cream into a mixing bowl. Get your grown-up to help you whip the cream with the electric mixer until it's nice and fluffy. Add a couple of drop of food colouring, then, with the skinny end of a spoon, gently mix the food colouring with the cream to make lots of pretty swirls!

Now it's time to decorate your mini pavs. Place a meringue nest on a serving plate. With a tablespoon, scoop big splodges of the swirly blue cream into the nest until it is full. Then drop a few blueberries on top of your Mini Bluey Pavlova. Repeat until you have lots of Mini Blueys!
