'Design Your Dream Room' competition winner!

170 amazing entries later, we’re delighted to announce the winner of our ‘Design Your Dream Room’ competition . . .

To celebrate the release of Kimberly Andrews’ beautiful picture book Puffin the Architect, we launched a competition,  challenging all the aspiring architects and interior designers out there to channel their inner Puffin and design their dream room. The prize? Their winning design re-imagined by Kimberly!

170 amazing entries later, we’re delighted to announce the winner of our ‘Design Your Dream Room’ competition . . .

Congratulations to Jaun!

Jaun’s design came with a description, carefully detailing (amongst other things) his plans for a fire engine bed, to sit under a huge solar system light fixture which would sprinkle out shooting stars! Kimberly felt the whole idea was so imaginative and unique, and the accompanying drawing summed it up very well.

We also want to give a shout out to our runners up: Kayla, who sent in her gorgeous tree house design with a poem in the style of Puffin the Architect, and Sebastian who showed brilliant attention to detail in his design which featured an indoor rock climbing wall and teleport pad.

We were so impressed by the creativity on display in all of the entries and we certainly didn’t envy Kimberly her task of picking a winner!
